On March 8^th, 2008, the General Meeting of the Swiss Postal Stationery Collectors Society has approved a further big exhibition of postal stationeries and accepted the necessary budget. The GABRA V will take place in the multi-purpose hall on the military barracks area of Berne, Papiermühlestrasse 13, 3014 Bern, from Friday, 9^th October to Sunday, 11^th October 2009.
